Coforge reported a 56.5% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹588 crore for the September quarter, supported by AI-led execution, strong deal wins and robust revenue growth.
New Delhi, October 23 — Coforge Ltd reported a 56.5% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹588 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
The IT services company had posted a net profit of ₹375.8 crore in the corresponding quarter a year earlier.
Revenue from operations rose 53.6% to ₹6,171 crore, compared with ₹4,016 crore in the year-ago period.
Coforge Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Sudhir Singh said the improvement in margins is being driven partly by the integration of artificial intelligence into existing fixed-price projects.
The company recorded strong deal momentum during the quarter.
Coforge signed eight large deals, the highest number of large contracts it has ever signed in a single quarter.
The deals were spread across North America, Europe and Australia.
The total contract value of new orders signed during the quarter stood at $1.04 billion.
The company also reported a next-12-month signed order book of $2.38 billion, providing strong revenue visibility for the coming quarters.
In US dollar terms, Coforge recorded 10.1% sequential growth and 40.1% year-on-year growth.
Organic constant-currency growth stood at 3.8% sequentially.
Singh said the combination of strong order intake, large deal wins and healthy organic growth had put Coforge firmly on track to remain an industry growth leader for a third consecutive year.
Following the strong performance, Coforge raised its operating profit margin guidance for next year to 17%, compared with the earlier range of 15.5-16%.
The company also continued to expand its workforce.
Total headcount increased by 1,137 employees during the quarter to 47,365.
Coforge’s results highlight the growing role of AI in the IT services industry, particularly in improving execution efficiency and margins within existing contracts.
The company’s strong deal pipeline also suggests continued demand for digital transformation and technology services across major global markets.
