Myntra’s customer base has grown 30% so far in 2026, while order volumes have risen more than 30% year-on-year since April, as the fashion and lifestyle platform expands premium offerings, beauty and faster delivery services.
Bengaluru, October 15 — Fashion and lifestyle platform Myntra has reported a 30% increase in its customer base in 2026, while order volumes have grown by more than 30% year-on-year since April, according to company head Sharon Pais.
The company expects to reach 100 million monthly active users during the ongoing festive season, with customer growth running at its strongest pace since the pandemic.
Myntra’s flagship Big Fashion Festival, which started on October 8, recorded demand at around four times normal business levels during the first 24 hours. Shoppers from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities accounted for more than half of orders on the opening day.
Average order value was also higher than a year earlier as customers showed greater interest in premium products.
Gen Z now accounts for around half of Myntra’s customer base, and the platform is increasingly shaping its selection and shopping experience around younger buyers. Pais said more than 100 million Gen Z consumers in India shop online for lifestyle products.
Myntra’s FWD offering targets this segment with frequently refreshed trend-led products at accessible prices.
The company is also expanding its beauty and personal care business, which Pais said is growing at nearly twice the pace of the broader online beauty market. The category includes more than 5,000 brands and around 175,000 stock-keeping units, spanning international, Korean beauty and ingredient-led products.
Myntra’s overall brand portfolio has nearly quadrupled since 2024 to more than 30,000 brands, including over 4,000 direct-to-consumer and emerging brands and more than 500 international brands.
Technology and logistics are also central to the company’s growth strategy. Myntra is deploying artificial intelligence tools to improve product discovery for shoppers and help sellers with demand planning, onboarding and catalogue management.
Its rapid-delivery service M-Now is available in more than 12 cities, while nearly half of all Myntra orders are delivered within 48 hours across 600 cities.
Pais said demand forecasting enables the platform to position products closer to shoppers, helping improve delivery speeds without compromising product selection.
With online fashion penetration in India still at around 15%, Myntra sees substantial room for further growth. The company said its next phase will focus on acquiring more customers, increasing engagement across fashion and beauty, and enabling brand partners to scale on the platform.
