Advait Energy Transitions reported an 88.5% year-on-year jump in consolidated net profit to ₹19.18 crore for the September quarter, supported by strong growth in its power transmission solutions business and rising investments in grid modernisation.
Ahmedabad, November 2 — Advait Energy Transitions Ltd reported an 88.5% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹19.18 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
The company’s quarterly revenue increased 40.8% to ₹220.9 crore, compared with ₹156.9 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
Operating performance also strengthened significantly during the quarter.
Advait Energy Transitions’ EBITDA jumped 84.4% to ₹31.9 crore, compared with ₹17.7 crore in the year-ago quarter.
The company attributed its growth to increasing investments in power transmission infrastructure, grid modernisation and renewable-energy integration across the country.
Founder and Managing Director Shalin Sheth said the company’s Power Transmission Solutions (PTS) business continued to be the key growth driver.
The company also reported strong numbers for the first half of FY27.
During the six months ended September, consolidated revenue increased 45.4% year-on-year to ₹400.2 crore.
EBITDA for the first half rose 82.6% to ₹56.7 crore, while consolidated net profit increased 77.9% to ₹34 crore.
Advait Energy Transitions also has a strong order pipeline.
Its total order book stood at ₹1,574.83 crore as of September 30, representing growth of around 47% year-on-year.
The Power Transmission Solutions business secured orders worth approximately ₹462 crore, highlighting continued demand for the company’s transmission-related products and services.
Its renewable-energy business also secured a ₹116 crore solar EPC contract for a 200 MW project, strengthening the company’s presence in the clean-energy segment.
India’s growing electricity demand, expansion of renewable-energy capacity and investments in modernising transmission networks are creating opportunities for companies operating across the power infrastructure value chain.
Advait Energy Transitions is looking to benefit from these trends by expanding both its traditional transmission solutions business and renewable-energy operations.
The combination of strong earnings growth and a rising order book provides greater revenue visibility for the company as it moves through the remainder of FY27.
