New Delhi, October 17 — Audi India has launched the new Q3 luxury SUV in India at an introductory ex-showroom price of ₹51.99 lakh, strengthening its compact luxury SUV portfolio with updated technology, safety and lighting features.
The new Q3 is being locally assembled at the Skoda Auto Volkswagen India plant in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
It is powered by a 2.0-litre TFSI turbo-petrol engine producing 150 kW of power and 320 Nm of torque.
The engine is paired with Audi’s quattro all-wheel-drive system, and the company claims the SUV can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in 7.1 seconds.
One of the major upgrades is the new digital cockpit, which combines a 30.22-cm Audi Virtual Cockpit with a 32.51-cm MMI touchscreen.
The SUV also gets a head-up display, allowing important driving information to be projected directly into the driver’s line of sight.
Audi has also equipped the Q3 with Digital Matrix LED headlights featuring 25,600 micro-LEDs.
Customers can choose from four daytime-running-light signatures and three dynamic light sequences. At the rear, the SUV gets LED lighting and illuminated Audi rings.
Safety equipment includes nine airbags, adaptive cruise control, front emergency brake assist and a driver-attention and fatigue monitor.
The new Q3 will be offered in five exterior colours — Sage Green, Mythos Black, Glacier White, Navarra Blue and Tambora Grey.
Customers can also choose between Tamarind Brown and Pergament Beige interior themes.
Audi India is offering ownership packages that include roadside assistance coverage of up to 15 years, service-value packages of up to 10 years and extended warranties of up to 10 years.
Financing options include loan tenures of up to 10 years and balloon-payment plans designed to lower monthly instalments.
Audi executives said the new Q3 combines performance, all-wheel-drive capability, comfort and updated digital technology, while also reflecting India’s growing importance for the German luxury carmaker.
