The real estate developer has completed 97 projects totalling 59 million square feet across nine cities — Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Mangaluru, Kochi, Mumbai, Pune and Goa.
The latest quarterly performance indicates that demand for residential property remains supportive in Puravankara’s key markets, while higher realisations are also helping drive booking value growth.
