Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions reported an 82.3% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹64.9 crore for the September quarter of FY27, supported by strong revenue growth. The renewable energy company also raised ₹2,500 crore through a green bond issuance during the quarter.
New Delhi, November 4 — Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd (CleanMax) reported an 82.3% year-on-year jump in consolidated net profit to ₹64.9 crore for the September quarter of FY27, supported by higher revenues.
The renewable energy company had posted a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹35.6 crore during the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year 2025-26.
CleanMax also recorded strong growth in its overall income during the July-September quarter.
The company’s total income increased more than 34% year-on-year to ₹750.9 crore, compared with ₹558.1 crore during the same period a year earlier.
The improvement in both revenue and profitability comes as the company continues to expand its presence in India’s commercial and industrial renewable energy market.
CleanMax is a pure-play Commercial & Industrial (C&I) renewable energy company, supplying clean power solutions to corporate and industrial customers.
Its contracted renewable energy power sales portfolio reached 6.3 GW as of September 30, 2026.
The company also achieved a major financing milestone during the quarter.
CleanMax raised ₹2,500 crore through what it described as India’s first green bond issuance in the C&I renewable energy sector.
The bonds were issued at fixed coupons with tenors extending up to 10 years.
The issuance was anchored by leading development finance institutions and also saw participation from banks, mutual funds and other institutional investors.
The fundraising provides CleanMax with additional financial resources as it expands its renewable energy portfolio and develops clean-energy projects for commercial and industrial customers.
India’s C&I renewable energy segment has been expanding as companies seek to reduce electricity costs and meet their sustainability and decarbonisation targets.
Large businesses are increasingly procuring electricity from renewable sources through captive projects, open-access arrangements and long-term power purchase agreements.
CleanMax’s 82.3% increase in quarterly profit, alongside a more than 34% rise in total income, indicates continued growth in its renewable energy business.
The company’s expanding 6.3 GW contracted portfolio and ₹2,500 crore green bond fundraising could support its next phase of growth in India’s corporate clean-energy market.
