Prestige Estates Projects plans to launch residential properties worth more than ₹40,000 crore in the second half of FY27, around 2.5 times the value of launches in the first six months, as it looks to benefit from festive-season housing demand.
New Delhi, October 20 — Realty major Prestige Estates Projects Ltd plans to launch residential projects with a combined revenue potential of more than ₹40,000 crore during the second half of FY27, significantly higher than its launch activity in April-September.
During the first half of the current financial year, the Bengaluru-based developer launched residential projects covering 23.14 million square feet, with a revenue potential of more than ₹16,200 crore.
This means the planned second-half launch pipeline is roughly 2.5 times the value of projects launched in the first six months.
Prestige Estates Chairman Irfan Razack said the company has a substantial launch pipeline across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Chennai and Hyderabad over the next two quarters.
He said the upcoming projects should help the company maintain its sales momentum as demand for housing remains healthy.
Prestige Estates had achieved record sales bookings of ₹30,024 crore in the previous financial year, representing growth of 76% over the year before.
For FY27, the company is targeting sales bookings of around ₹35,000-36,000 crore.
In the first half of the current year, Prestige has already recorded pre-sales of ₹13,804.3 crore, giving it a strong base for the remainder of the financial year.
Razack said the company continues to see healthy demand in its residential business, particularly for newly launched projects.
He noted that some projects were introduced only towards the end of the second quarter but still achieved strong sales traction.
Sales from existing projects have also remained healthy, reinforcing the company’s view that underlying housing demand remains strong.
Prestige Estates is one of India’s major real estate developers, with operations across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and integrated township projects.
As of June 2026, the group had delivered 319 projects spanning 216 million square feet. It also had a pipeline of 137 projects covering 229 million square feet.
The large second-half launch programme reflects the developer’s confidence in housing demand across India’s major metropolitan markets and its strategy of using the festive season to accelerate bookings.
