Airports Council International (ACI) has ranked 4 of India’s airports run by the Airports Authority of India (AAI) as those with the world’s best aerodromes. The survey conducted by this independent agency of airport operators measures passengers’ satisfaction across 34 key performance indicators that includes eight major categories such as access, check-in, security, airport facilities, food and beverage, retail, airport environment and arrival services.
